I've never been a fan of spacers.
-
I didn't bother. Within' an inch of each other if I remember correctly. I've never had an issue.

Well, as per your statement... The rear reservoir is for the front brake system. Or at least it is in mine. (2019) As for your leak? Did you try and loosen the the rear line just a little then tighten back up the line. Spray it with brake clean and clean it up nicely... Then pump the brakes a couple times.... Hold good amount of pressure.... Then go check the connection at the MC.... Hopefully you will find the leak... Good luck!! Joe

First off... WELCOME to the forum!!! I think if you drop down a couple threads you will find your answer... A couple pictures that should help out... I believe you will find the plug you are looking for below/behind the Buds port plug... I guess if you pop the buds plug out of its holder, the plug you are looking for is located in that mess of spaghetti... đ Most of us have gone wireless... -
Link? I was thinking about adding a Jeep blinker arm to Bear... I HATE the rocker switch for the blinker...
-
I went with the SuperATV Canam deluxe plug and play kit... Easy setup.. switches match... (for the most part) although I mounted the brain a little differently. Mounted it directly to tunnel under the middle seat out of the way... I'd bet for the most part..... they are pretty similar... Good luck, Joe

T'was a week before đChristmas, and all through the town, people wore masks, that covered their đfrown. The frown had begun way back in the spring when a global plandemic changed everything. They called it corona, but unlike the đşbeer, It didnât bring good times, it didnât bring cheer. âď¸Airplanes were grounded, travel was banned. Borders were closed across air, sea, and land. As the world entered lockdown to flatten the curve, the economy halted, and folks lost their nerve. From March to July we rode the first wave, people stayed home, they tried to behave. When summer emerged the lockdown was lifted, but away from caution, many folks drifted. Now itâs December and cases are spiking, wave two has arrived, much to our disliking. Itâs true that this year has had sadness a-plenty, weâll never forget the year 2020. And just âround the corner - The holiday season, but why be merry? Is there even one reason? To decorate the house and put up the tree, who will see it, no one but me. But outside my window, the snow gently falls, and I think to myself, letâs deck the halls! So, I gather the ribbon, The garland, and bows, as I play those old carols, my happiness grows. Christmas is not canceled and neither is hope. If we lean on each other, I know we can cope...Keep it going! đâď¸ Merry Christmas to our CanAm family and friends!!!! Joe and Bear

Is this a bad time to purchase a new Defender?
A hunt 2 remember replied to Tnjetjock's topic in Defender Purchasing
Well, I talked with the owner of one of our local dealers... and it's TRUE!!! Due to the plandemic, inventories on all CanAm products will be in SHORT SUPPLY... Right now due to customs and holds at the border... And I'm sure pre/back ordered rigs will take a good chunk of the rest of the resources... So finding a Defender during a "walk in" at your local dealer may only be to see someone elses rig getting ready to go.... Maybe by 22 they will have some of the issues they've had with AC/heater units... as well as visco lok and front end issues... goid luck in your search. Joe Welcome to the forum!! -
CONGRATS!!! I hear they are going to be FEW and FAR BETWEEN in 21.... Glad to have you here...Enjoy yer new ride!!! Love my 19.... Joe

3 prong winch remote hookup? Where?

RIGHT ON!!!! Glad to help!! Just happy it was an EASY FIX!!! Hope you never need to use it!! đ Joe -
Well, after just talking with the owner of one of our local dealers about a job building custom builds... He informed me that due to covid there is a gonna be a shortage of 21's atleast in the beginning... When they do come available it's gonna be a mad dash to get them out the door.... Still glad I have my '19.... Good luck to those looking.... but it seems getting on a list is your best chance....

One thing you WILL have to be aware of is your amperage draw.... I believe you will have an 850 amp output stator (charging system) some of which is needed for the rig to operate properly..... It took me a bit to figure which played nice together.... it was clear sailing from there..... I'm assuming you have already had an auxiliary battery system installed... if not? Think about a group 24 installed where OEM unit would be installed. There should be plenty of room... Again, WELCOME
-
WELL DANG!!!! First off let me welcome you to the forum... lots of great people and great information.... Sounds as if you have built quite the rig... sounds similar to "Bear" my 2019 HD10 XT Cab... as for mirrors??? I went with the OEM mirrors... The sides are a little small, but fold away nicely in the brush and are really a cosmectic thing street legality IMO... The rear view is like a ski boat mirror and again only really use them on the roads. I find myself requiring FORWARD FACING situations are FAR MORE PRESSING off road... đ They are nice at night though... seeing your partner you left behind.... LOL and upcoming traffic... Now..... Lighting???? There are so many options it really is up to your needs... I run an array of 2x24", 2x16", 4x8" the 24's pointed fore/aft mounted on roof, the 16's are mounted to the door frames above windows, 2 of the 8's are mounted on the roof pointed askew over the A-pillars and the other two 8's are mounted on the front bumper centered pointed at same basic angle as A-pillar light above..... with all these on at once I can pretty much light up the local dirt track.... lol... I really like the door lights when it comes time for setting up decoys in the PITCH BLACK!!! GOOD LUCK!!! and WELCOME AGAIN!!! JOE & BEAR

It may have been that the wheel had not been seated well on the hub. (Tightened before centered on lugs... ) My wheels now will do that if I'm not careful. They are setup for larger lugs... Which I may end up drilling hubs for the larger lugs and balance the wheels/tires.... Whatever your issue WAS..... Great to hear IT'S FIXED!!! YAY!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! đ Joe
