Your in the hole baby was the best part lol. My buddy also loads onto his truck same as you but he uses his winch to drag it up. Putting a stopper up by the front tires might save your roof from a mistake. Something to consider. Simple 2inch tube welded a foot up would make me feel safer if it was me.
