I run Quadboss QBT 846 30"x10" on stock rims. Only thing I can offer is the rear tires will be even smaller than normal due to the wider rim (also they'll look fatter than the fronts). Other than that, I've read a lot of people like the Terrabites. I considered them myself, but the QBT846s are very similar and I could get them easier (local) and I think they're a touch cheaper.

Does it just cut off or does it sputter/hesitate/lack power and then die? Check the fuel filter and the tank for vacuum or over pressure.

I went with an Infinity Marine radio with matching 6.5" Infinity Marine Speakers (4pcs), and got a set of rear speaker support plates from a guy on facebook. All said, about $500 total and it sounds decent.

You would have to completely rebuild the rear doors to get them to roll down. On the plus side, once you figure out the engineering on it, could sell the idea to Can-Am or make a killing on your own selling them to people. -
OEM Wiper installs on the glass. Won't interfere with factory header mounted radio. As for audio roofs, that's a different matter, as that would be model dependent, but still shouldn't interfere. OEM Wiper module pictured, it sits on the glass and is below the header where the stereo would mount (this is from before I installed my Infinity radio in the factory location).

Am I missing a couple of screws, or do I just have extra holes?

You're missing bolts/screws. Probably missed by the dealer when doing final assembly. I believe all models except cabbed models arrive without the cages installed (basically nothing attached above the level of the dashboard). -
'Suicide' style doors should never be opened while in motion. Not sure what doors you have as you didn't say. I have factory full doors and only time I've had my door come open while in motion was when I opened it to get some air in while moving, didn't have a good grip. As far as rattle, never have an issue as long as everyone shuts the door properly.

As-tu testé pour t'assurer qu'il y a une étincelle à la bougie ? Si vous obtenez une étincelle, mais pas d'allumage, obtenez-vous du carburant ? Did you test to make sure you have spark at the spark plug? If you are getting spark, but no ignition, are you getting fuel?

Heavy duty springs on 2021 defender max xt

S3 Springs, are probably the best aftermarket spring. Almost no sag to them, should give you about an 1-1/2" more clearance. -
Do the HD5's have the option for Turf Mode/Rear Diff (un)Lock? I didn't think they did. Spec sheet doesn't show that as a feature on HD5s. Only 2WD/4WD with ViscoLok front. Only on HD8 and HD10s specs Turf Mode feature.
