  1. Hasn't worked for me. I turn the key on lights in the off position. My milage is on. I press the 's' button, turn the lights to high, then low, high,low,high,low,off.... turn off the key. Wait for complete shutdown..... Try again, only to have message... not sure what I'm doing wrong.
  2. I think it may have hit at the 200 mark. There is 208 on him now.
  3. Okay, so does this at the milage/hours BRP designates? I had mine serviced at 1000 miles and now with just over 1200 it is coming on... Is this just a standard thing, or is something else required? I'll be doing the reset, but contacting the dealer (for what thats worth) about it as well...
  4. Nothing on the rear. With OEM A arms I had to tweak out the bottom of the flare with a wedge of wood and on the downward roll hard on the suspension, it will rub. But I've got the 2" forward arms, just haven't put them on yet. I'm in the woods hunting. Although I did mount the tires and wheels here. Let it be known I have added a Battle Armor 2" lift. (which I happen to have another... long story) but NO SPACERS
  5. So what is the process of adding a personalized avatar? Rather than having an A as well as Alvin, Andy, Alex..... I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks
  6. That is what i get.... Gotta do the shimmy to get park sometimes
  7. Nice rig!! But if you find the answer? Let me know... while your bumper does not block out your lights. My rancher bumper blocks better than 50% of the OEM lighting. GREAT DESIGN CANAM!! So what i have found is by not using my OEM lights other than in town on road driving where i can easily swap hi/lo beams but ither than that? USELESS!!! I found that ALL my forward facing leds...(54" in total, 4x8" 1x22") use 2 amps more than the OEMs and a WAY BRIGHTER AND CRISPER!!!
  8. Sorry man, im getting the super atv deluxe plug and play. Hope you get it figured out. What seems to be the issue?
  9. I use two straps seems to work a little better for me. But the rachet strap method works perfectly *update* so you know... I actually got these delivered to the local motel/rv park and did 5 of them from the gate. Installed valve stem and all.... A little soapy water, a 12v pump, and two rachet straps.. A little wiggle/jiggle and they were holding air.... took off straps and let them go..... pop.... not POP!!!! Like a tire shop... so I ran them at 35 for a day to set the bead nicely.... then down to 12/15. They are DOT tires and it's only muddy here now....
  10. Well, tires and wheels delivered to the local RV and motel here in NOWHERE.... Mounted/aired up/ mounted....(in the woods) Now for the forward A arms.... but I'm gonna run them like this unil monday.... STOKED!!! I LOVE THEM!!! AND THE GC??? BOOYAH!!
  11. First off, WELCOME!! Secondly, I've not plowed with mine. But, my thoughts are, MORE HORSEPOWER/ MORE SNOW (wetter snow) Not saying an HD8 wouldn't do, but it will take more abuse doing so... You will just have to lesser swipes, shallower depths... Also, if you are going to plow on the side for a couple $$ what is longer jobs worth? A job that may take that HD10 less time... all things to think about... remember too that the older ones have less voltage output as well. GOOD LUCK!! AND WELCOME AGAIN!! I guess I should rescind that earlier statement. I guess I have plowed a bit of snow... šŸ˜‰
  12. The thing is though, you have a 2020 yeah? With the 2020 you have 2" forward A arms stock on your ride allowing the turning radius. With my 2019 i need to add A arms to gain that room.
  13. Maybe if you install the OEM turn signal kit they will illuminate?
  14. Make sure you check it. A 78" door will usually have the spring below the opening... making it more like 75". Made that mistake... good thing my next enclosed is gonna be a 38' Goose with an 8' door and 13' garage. DONE!!! šŸ˜‰
  15. In a 6Ɨ12 you would not be able to get out... Unless you're tiny. Besides, if you are doing it, why not get a trailer that carries some of your extra gear and fuel? I'm also not sure you would even find that small of a trailer 8' tall.
  16. Whoa whoa whoa!!! Just a quick heads up. I guess if you are going to keep yer rig 100% stock and the preloads at say 3... Maybe an 80" door. (But it's NOT the door size but the height below the assist spring that matters) BUT..... If you plan on adding say a light bar? Maybe a small lift? Or better yet, a new set of 32's and forward A arms.... 84" opening (below the spring) is going to be needed. Right now i have the stock 27's, preloads on 3/4, a 2" battle armor lift, and a light bar mounted on top and my height right now is 81.5". My 32's will be delivered Friday A arms on Monday... I'll get you an overall at that time. Oh, and by the way, WELCOME to the forum!! Here's my 'Bear' as he sits today...
  17. First off, WELCOME to the forum. Secondly, my XT cab is 81.5" on stock tires and an LED lightbar on the roof. So yeah, 82" sounds close with the lift and tires of the XMR.
  18. The light kit is backordered and will be more like may. But the ground clearance is really what I'm looking for. But considering it's still not legal to drive on the roads. It's for when I'm out of this BLUE STATE and in the RED!! Really though, it doesn't stop me where I'm doing my onroad traveling, it will just be there in case I get a REALISTIC COP... But YES!!! I will keep you all posted. I'll most likely start a thread 'turn signal kits' the good, the bad, and the UGLY!!
  19. Hoping this is as painless as they make it sound. Because I will be doing this swap in the woods. Luckily I have a 20lb Co2 bottle to set the beads... But I always carry a full lineup of tools when in the RV. So thinking I got this! Here's Bear as a before picture here in camp.
  20. Ordered my 32's today. Warrior AT's. Plus forward high clearance A arms with super duty ball joints and since I was feelin' ambitious, i bought the deluxe plug n play turn signal/horn kit....
  21. My XT cab edition is 81.5" to the top of a light bar i added. On stock 27's with a Battle armor 2" lift that actually only lifted it 1.5.... so yeah, I could see 83".... I feel your pain man, I had just bought an enclosed trailer to pack my Outlander around inside with gear. When i took it in for its first tuneup, my trailer was no longer tall enough..... CUZ I FELL IN LOVE WITH MY DEFENDER!!!! Bought it that day..... lets see, windshield, heater, power windows with split rear..... and the heated wheel and seats... SOLD!!!!! YOU HAD ME AT WINDSHIELD!!! SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!
  22. Huh.... a faulty passenger window switch??? ME TOO!!! LOL I actually doubled all my gaskets with some rubber window insulation. I got mine late October.... JUST LOVE IT!!!
  23. The issue i see with that is the snow build up would hold in the trough .... I just need to cut out the bent pieces and replace with some chromoley rather than this thin wall cosmetic rail.
  24. Which year? How long have you owned it? Any issues? Love hearing of others in the 1k club... šŸ˜‰ stretching out the "secret hand shake "
