HD8 Plowing ability

Thinking im sold on the Max HD8.  My question however is how well can this thing plow? Is the HD10 my only choice for an Illinois winter?

I plow with an HD10, but I’m told the HD8 is just as capable.

Should be no problem, my neighbor uses an older outlander 500 and has no problem providing the snow doesn't get too deep before you start.😉

I have a 2019 HD8 Cab. I have a plow on mine and have never had trouble pushing snow. I live in South Dakota.

I'll find out soon enough. 2020 Base model HD8 with 72" Moose plow. Vermont winters can be long and brutal.
