I've got a 2018 defender HD10. It will run great for 20- 30 min then it will lose power and start cutting out. When I pull the fuel cap there's always a hissing sound. Like vacuum or pressure.

If it restarts after you open the fuel cap you may have a plugged air inlet valve or kinked hose, if it's a pressure build up your vent valve may be plugged, both are located on top of the fuel tank where your fuel pump goes into tank follow the hoses.☺️

I tried running it without the cap on. Still does the same thing. Ordered a new fuel pump as the old one was rusted really bad. Decided to bite the bullet and just buy a new one.

If your pump was rusted in tank you may have some water in your tank as well. Might want to clean it out and make sure you have good gas
