bought defender limited last november & never tried the ac until this week, it don't work, I checked all the fuses & connections, my question is do they com from the factor with freon in them or does the dealer put the freon in. It acts like there is no freon in it. thanks

Dealer just does final assembly (cage, tires etc), not AC

You will find this is a COMMON ISSUE!!! Unfortunately the dealers DO NOT have AC service techs... Seems odd considering all the issues they are having with AC units... Maybe thats a sign???

Take it back to the dealer and he or she should look after the problem. There are several threads on here reporting leaks etc. but much fewer lately maybe because we are just getting into the warm/hot season.🙂

I'm going to recharge the ac so we can ride this weekend, if that doesn't work than it going back to the dealer monday. anyone know how many ounces of freon it takes
