  1. Installed the glass flip can am windshield today. Install took about 35 minutes. I really like the fit of the windshield and frame seal. Hoping to test it tomorrow morning.
  2. Finally made some time to install halo locker on my defender. Took some time but very happy with the upgrade. Install went pretty smooth. Nothing like taking front end apart of a new defender Lonestar!
  3. I think definitely the full open option is great to have when needed. I think I’m going to go with the glass option to keep eliminate future scratches during mud situation. Thanks for the information!
  4. Thanks for the information. That windshield looks nice. I did see a similar one with two bottom vents and two upper vents. I like the full tilt as Texas summer can be brutal but was concerned about driving rough terrain with it in full open position and it possibly causing windshield to break. I also have considered the poly hardcoated full tilt from can am since It would be a lot lighter than the glass version and maybe be less susceptible to damage when fully open and rough terrain. Haven’t made my mind up yet but this definitely helps.
  5. These guys make some sick videos with their driving skills! X3 is a wicked machine
  6. Just finished installing my led lights definitely made a huge difference. Very happy with them.
  7. Thanks modified. I think that would be a great idea to plan a day to ride. I have not visited any other area yet. I found a a ranch in Kendalia, GSL Ranch that has some trails but haven’t visited. I was out at Hidden falls for 4 hours first time I visited and I’m pretty sure I rode maybe 1/4 of the park. I would like to head out there again for sure. Many suggestions for a windshield? Like the flip up but worried about not enough airflow when in the 1/4 open position. I see you guys have those installed on your units. Any feedback would be great.
  8. Thanks! They definitely make a huge difference in stance view and ride quality when driving on hard surfaces.
  9. I swapped the tires out when I picked it up. Decided to go with Sedona rockabilly 30x10x14. Wheels are stock.
  10. Modified, exactly where I to my Lonestar out a few weeks ago. Hidden Falls was a awesome place to drive my Lonestar. Wish I had taken more pics before getting on trailer. Hopefully will start installing mods as soon as I’m back home. Will post some before and after pics.
  11. Was working/playing with the defender very next day after picking it up. With some help..as you can see.
  12. I have the same jerky response to throttle input on my 2019 Lonestar. It seems that this is normal as I saw that mentioned in several ranger and defender comparison videos. Do agree the low speed roll should be a lot smoother though.
  13. I’m actually thinking about getting a mud tire/wheel setup. What are asking for them?
