If you can't reach it to work on from the passenger side with the box up, than you may be able to access it from the inside of the cab. There was an access panel (2019) in the center of the seats on the cab model held in place with push pins which could be removed and slid towards the passenger seat to give you access to the front cylinder head? 🤔

Perhaps someone who has this model can provide further insite?

Easier to take middle and passenger seat out and you can get to the gray panel that comes off and another plate behind that and you can reach it

Thanks for the replies,

First off I apologize for not introducing to the forum I have never joined a forum before.

The owners manual dose say to lift the passenger seat remove panels to get to the oil filter but the batterie and wiring appear to be right in the area of the oil filter on the other side.

I was able to remove and replace the oil filter by reaching between the motor and the cab very tight and difficulty for someone with large hands.

Hopefully this helps others with this model 2021 H10 with climate control.

Thanks again.
