2019 Defender XT Cab windshield protection

We decided it was a good idea to have some windshield protection for the Defender when on the trailer especially when being towed on gravel roads.

My wife sewed this from vinyl and it is held in place by a drawstring on the inside. The vinyl itself will offer protection from the small rocks and bugs etc. but eventually I will line it with the thin plastic packing box stuff when I accumulate the right thickness etc probably 1/8" to 1/4".(2 small sheets on window now)  Just lay it on the open window before putting on the cover. FYI
