I have a 2019 Defender Cab D10 and I was installing a sound system and had it wired up to the overhead bus bar. As I was reassembling the overhead, I ran a screw through a power wire and wiped out the power. I now have no overhead light, wipers, power windows or turn signals. I have checked all of the fuses that I can or am aware of. Is there something else that I am missing? Could it be a relay that I may have fried? If so, which one?

Yes there is a 40 amp fuse under the front hood that powers those accessories.🙂

So I only found a 50A relay under the front hood. I checked all of the relays with a 12V battery and Ohm meter and they all checked out good. Is there something else under the dash that is hard to access that I am missing?

F 10 is the accessory fuse under the hood, the fuse numbers are on the underside of the cover.🙂

Thank you to those that read this and took time to respond. I finally found the 40amp fuse. It is to the left of the fuse box and did not look like a fuse. I had a tech tell me they were there while on the phone with him. Hopefully this will save someone a lot of time in the future. This one fuse took out my windshield wiper, power windows, heater, Front and rear facing roof LED lights, and finally my sound system. Was very frustrating for a while. I circled the pic with a highlighter yellow on which fuse I changed.

if you have the factory stereo system there is a fuse located up there. Or by the wiper motor.   i did the same thing - looked for a month,  i finally hauled it back to the dealer hours away and they found that fuse.
