I took my 2023 defender to the off road park in Hot Springs AR to put break in miles on it and it died and would not start after 10 miles of easy break in use.  Got a tow back to the trailer and brought it back to the dealer.  The main screen gave a "PPS Failure" (pedal position sensor) code but the dealer said the voltage regulator failed and ran my battery down and had to be replaced.  Anyone have this issue?

Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck! Did the voltage regulator end up being the issue and have you had any issues since?

Yes it was the voltage regulator...sorry for the late response as I just got it back.

No worries, I'm glad that's all it was.

Do you know what fuse types are used in the defender.  I'm trying to put together my "GoBox" with tools, spares and such.

Thanks.

The defender has two fuse boxes one near the battery, passenger side and one under the hood, pull the covers and the fuses are listed under each of the covers.🙂
