2019 Defender HD8 - purchased can am winch and installed as directed to solenoid under front console.  Absolutely no power to unit and I have double and triple checked wires.  Am I missing a fuse?  Checked the 40 Amp and it is good.  SMH.

Is it no power to Solenoid, or no power to winch, or winch isn't working when you hit the switch?

The factory winch switch has 12v from fuse 7 on pin 2 and provides 12v to pin 1 winding in and pin 3 winding out. Circuit protection is provided from Fuse 12 from fuse block 1 (from accessories relay 3). The winch motor is protected by 2-50A circuit breakers. You will have to trace the wiring to see where you are lacking power. The winch motor itself will only have power going to it when it is acitivated to wind in or out?🙂
