  1. Here’s a pic of mine now with the 30”x10-14 Liberty ML3’s with 2” spacers in back. What a difference this made to the ride quality, I highly recommend this upgrade! Also I bought 15’ of this rubber cargo matting on sale at Princess Auto for $60 and made a template out of paper for the front and back floors. Then I took out back seats tops and bottoms and ran one piece from floor up and over the battery box area to bottom of seat belt area using push grommets. Then a piece all way up behind inside the frame right to steel bar under window and used the top grommets to hold it in place. It was a task but working it up slowly it fitted good. I cleaned everything good then finished off with Black Gorilla tape to seal everything up. I can honestly say that it’s 50% quieter again than factory and the cost was no where as expensive as Fat Mat Dyna Mat ?? or those speciality products plus I got the floor and back firewall done. Next I just ordered from Amazon that 2”x 50’ exhaust wrap $30 c/w straps that I’m doing the exhaust to help with some of them heat issues like those rubber dump stops sticking to chassis and it also quiets down exhaust. Oh almost forgot I picked up two of these little dual head 12v fans from Princess Auto again for $11 ea and wired them to the fuse block with a inline 5 amp fuse up by the wiper motor. It’s not Air conditioning but it sure helps 👍 TB
  2. Just a heads up I have these and they are much better than the standard halogen so far they are working out just fine. Less than $100 Canadian for the two sets on Amazon. TB
  3. Been there and done all that. The chassis where the middle rubber bumpers are get so hot that the pads stick to the chassis when I open it up. Also I don’t understand why they made a metal to metal locking mechanism for the dump bed should have a Teflon pad on the chassis side ?? As for the front end noise I think it’s still in the drive train like the front drive shaft or front differential. (like I said my next step is removing the drive shaft and see if it’s still there.. that’s another pet peeve stupid pop rivets have to be drilled out to access the drive shaft) I did a full fluid change at 25 hrs and everything was nice and clean and all levels were good. TB
  4. Here you are this one has a lift. Mine is at my cabin and I didn’t have a picture to share.
  5. Maxxis Liberty ML3 8 Ply 30x10R14 on stock rims all around with 2” wheel spacers on Rear no issues with clearance in stock form on 2019 with curved A Arms and no lift 👍
  6. Simple install the dimples are already there where they mount. TB
  7. Update... The dump squeak is there everyday after a ride and unless I wash the bike it don’t go away. I’ve noticed that where the round rubber pads meet the chassis under the dump it has the paint rubbed down to shiny surface? Also the locking bars where they latch to the chassis are metal to metal no rubbers on them ? The rattling noise I’m getting in the front end down low or so it seems happens when I drive over a rough rocky area, pot holes or wash board hard packed ground ? If I hold it around +/- 20 klm per hour it really resinates the rattle. Today I tried something new driving in an area where I was getting this rattle I put the bike in 4 WD and it seems to be much quieter the noise is gone or seems to be, now I only hear the wine from the 4x4. Is it normal that the drive shaft spins even when its in 2 WD ? My next thing to do is remove the drive shaft and see if the rattle is still there. Maybe it’s hitting off something or the carrier is faulty or bad ? Anyone know how hard it is to get at the drive shaft or what I have to remove ? TB
  8. Found out why it don’t fit . You need 708200686 & 529036352 TB
  9. I have isolated most of the harmonic vibrations like fan shroud around Radiator, protector Screen in feint if Radiator, Front Side Panels , Bonnet and Checked all Bolts on Front end but this particular noise is a rattle and I still cannot find it. Today I tore the front panels off again and found nothing. I even unhooked the sway bar to see if i had a faulty link but it’s still there when I drive slow over a rough area. I’m wondering if it’s in the steering Rack or the Drive shaft? I don’t notice it when driving faster maybe because the road, tire noise or Engine is drowning it out ? TB
  10. Hi , all Coming from a Kawasaki Teryx 4 LE soft Cab which was very noisy and dusty but you have to start somewhere. The thing was built like a tank and i had 11,000 klm all dirt road riding on it with zero issues. I am a BRP fan with 3 snowmobiles and they are awesome so I figured it’s time to switch rides and try the same brand and the Defender looked awesome. Was thinking of the Ranger Crew with Ride Command but just couldn’t do it ! LOL cheers TB
  11. Hi guys I have a few issue on my 2019 Max Cab H10 XT with 22 hours. I’m not complaint yet but when you pay this much coin for a utility vehicle I expect more. Just sold my 2014 Kawasaki Teryx 4 LE vinyl cab , was very noisy and dusty but built like a tank “no issues “ it had 11,000 klm 1. Brake squeal ? 2. Annoying squeaking from dump area ? 3. Biggest one is the Rattle/Clunking in the front end when riding slow over wash board type rocky dirt roads it’s been there from day one and again only 20 hrs on it. It’s like someone left a wrench or screw driver inside the dash or front end area. I’ve tore the thing apart trying to find it. I’ve put silicone or foam padding on and between everything I can see inside the dash area but no luck. Another way I can describe it is like a worn out Sway bar link knock or a bad ball joint. I jacked up the front end under the center body and had jack stand under it and shook the links and used a bar and lifted under the tires but it’s solid ?? I’m at a lost as to what else to check ! Thanks TB
