He said yes a service bulletin came out for the tire rubbing sound last month. He told me they have done three so far and hasn't made a difference. Still makes the rubbing sound.He printed the bulletin out for me. Has a spacer,a cotter pin, a clutch kit, a belleville washer,and new fluid.
