40 inch rigid light bar problems

Having trouble with the fuses on the base bar in the top of the cab. It blew the fuse one time and then I was using tonight and it melted the housing of the fuse holder. Any ideas on why I used the same size fuse and wired light straight into the Buse bar

Not positive, but it sounds like you are drawing too much power through that light. Seems odd..... But not really any other reason for your situation. While I have over 40" of LEDS they are mostly wired separately.

I HATE WIRING ISSUES!!!
