A loose sway bar connecting rod can give you a nice clunking noise when hitting bumps. 1

Did you install the steering stops? It seems the axles are already at the end of the reach with OEM axles... by adding the forward length I feel the CV joints are being stressed and WILL FAIL in time... I ended going with Gorilla Axles on Bear..... AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!! GOOD LUCK!!!
