I put superatv forward arched a arms on my defender max and now i hear a pretty loud clanking sound any time i go over any bumps.  Its worse when going slow. Any ideas?

Assuming all the bushings are installed and all the bolts are snugged down, did you check the sway bar connections? A loose sway bar connecting rod can give you a nice clunking noise when hitting bumps.

I tightened sway bar and something is still knocking. Guess the search continues

Well, I put forward arms on Bear and shortly after blew an axle... Did you install the steering stops? It seems the axles are already at the end of the reach with OEM axles... by adding the forward length I feel the CV joints are being stressed and WILL FAIL in time... I ended going with Gorilla Axles on Bear..... AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!!
