Dash insert for a screen mount

New to the forum but I recently purchased defender max xt Camo, I purchased a thermal vision camera that mounts to bumper for hog hunting in Texas. For everything to be complete I need to add a lcd screen and this area looks like the best option. Does anyone know or have any ideas on something I can purchase to attach to this area that I could cut out and mount the screen flush so that it looks clean. Something along the ice crusher heater insert but obviously just a blank to modify. Any help would be appreciated
