  1. Yea that’s the storage bin I’m talking about. The one that goes under the drivers seat. Seems like it would be good for straps and things like that. I was just curious if anyone had one on their defender that could give their opinion on it.
  2. When you say the one that bolts into the front of the box are you talking about the one with the open top that mounts under the drivers seat?
  3. Yes mine came with the box in the picture. I’m going to add one or two more of those also.
  4. I have a new Defender Lonestar max. Interested in the open top storage bin that goes under the drivers seat. Seems like it would be good to throw some straps and stuff in. Do any of you have this on your defender? Curious what y’all think about it. Thanks
  5. I have same issue on a 2023 max. Definitely coming from the front end. Vibrating noise when slowing down. Only happens at a certain RPM. Anyone ever figure out what’s causing it?
  6. How do you like the rear sliding window? Trying to decide which one I want.
  7. I also have an HD10 Lonestar Max. I’m about to buy the Can Am front and rear windows. I did not know the 2023’s used a different window. Can you confirm?
  8. So I set it in neutral, turned the key to ON position without starting engine, flipped switch to lock rear axle and only one wheel turns turns. I’m guessing I have a bad actuator. Hopefully dealer takes care of it under warranty. I bought it new a couple months ago. Thanks again for posting that.
  9. Awesome. Appreciate you posting that. I will check it out here in a bit and see what I find. When I flip the rocker switch up it does show on the dash panel that the rear axle is locked but didn’t seem to actually be locked. I will post my findings here shortly. Thanks again.
  10. I have a new 2023 Defender HD10. Today when I was trying to go through a steep ditch at an angle one of the rear tires came off the ground a little when the suspension was flexing and it started spinning and would not move. I flipped the switch to lock the rear diff and still only the tire off the ground would spin. So I backed up, then tried locking it again, tried to drive back through the ditch the same way and still only the tire with no load on it would spin. So I’m not sure my rear diff lock is working. Any advice?
  11. Ok I guess my switch is fine then. Yes mine does show it going into 4WD on the digital panel also. I was just thinking it’s odd that the 2WD side lights up in 2WD but the 4WD side does not light up when in 4WD. Thanks for your help.
  12. I have a new 2023 defender max. I noticed when in 2WD the rocker switch has the lower part of the switch lit up letting you know it’s in 2WD. When I flip the switch to 4WD the light for the 2WD side goes out like it should but the top part (4WD) does not light up. It does go into 4WD but I’m just curious if this is normal or is the 4WD side of my switch burnt out? Looking for some advice from someone who has a 2023 with the same switch in the picture. I’m thinking if the bottom lights up in 2WD then the top should light up in 4WD.
  13. First of all I’m new here and this is my first post. Just purchased a defender max Lonestar. Looking to add a windshield. I like staying with OEM stuff because it always seems higher quality and usually seems to fit better. I’m looking the OEM glass tip out windshield. Can’t believe it’s $1500 but it is what it is I guess. I live in south Texas so it’s usually warmer weather and will usually keep the windshield in the up position unless it’s cold, raining or transporting on my trailer. Mainly use it for riding the family around the neighborhood and hunting. I have already installed an Audioformz level 2 roof and Can Am rear view mirror. I see a lot of people say if you have a front windshield you also need a back window to reduce dust swirling back into the cab. Im leaning toward the OEM glass for the back window also. I’ve always had ATV’s and this is my first SxS so I have no experience with any of it. Any advice? Thanks
