Welcome to the forum @Justjimmy! Congrats on the new Defender! I just installed the Powerbar 1200XL and for the cost it's a nice system. Eventually I want to go with the AudioFormz roof.

Welcome to the site Tee! I haven't read any reviews on after market power steering, but I figured I'd bump this post and see if anyone else had any thoughts for you.

That looks like a good solid setup. Thanks for posting up that information, I'm sure it will help someone else researching plows. How long does it take to warm the machine up to good operating temps under those weather conditions? What part of the country are you located?

What gauge of wire is everyone using for stereo's / led lightbars / etc.. ?

Very cool, be sure to let us know what you think! I'd be nervous tearing down my brand new Defender, but hey what's the worse that can happen?.. 🤔

And here I am supposed to be picking up another defender... to wait or not. When’s the release supposed to be?
I think Can-am normally does a product launch late spring - early summer time. What model of Defender are you planning to pick up? -
-
All done! One of the new features is support for animated gifs.

That's a tough call. You would hope these $20,000 machines are built well enough that you wouldn't have to worry about anything going wrong. I think for $500 you would probably sleep a little better knowing that the machine is covered just in case something happens.
I haven't had any real issues (other then being jerky at slow speeds) with mine and it's a 2018 model. -
After watching this I think I need a X3! Can-am locked down the right driver for those videos.

We will be upgrading the website tonight to the latest version of Invision Forum software. If you notice any issues are have problems, please let us know in this thread!

Does anyone make tube doors for defenders?
I haven't seen any on the Defender, but that's a good idea! Something like this would look awesome:

Hey Rudy, welcome to the forum! Those tires do look awesome. That's definitely on my list of future upgrades! Maybe we need to plan a big Defender ride out at Hidden Falls one of these days. Are there any other areas you go riding?

The new ProMount lineup was created for both professional operators and enthusiasts looking to take their tool kit to the next level. Designed to work as efficiently as possible, Can-Am reimagined the plow from frame to blade with its new ProMount plow lineup. There’s a ProMount for every Can-Am, plus setups for specific heavy-duty use—and a stout quick connect frame mount for unmatched utility and convenience. Made from 12-gauge steel and designed for efficient plowing, the ProMount steel blades are offered in multiple sizes to fit jobs large or small.
CAN-AM PROMOUNT STEEL PLOW KITS
These kits include: Can-Am ProMount Steel Blade, Push Frame with Quick-Attach System and Mounting Plate. The forward mounted push frame provides industry-leading lift height. Underbelly mounting plate provides the optimal angle of attack for best push strength. The low-profile mounting plate has little impact on ground clearance and can be left installed year round. In addition, the system allows you to create your own kit by choosing any plow type/length that you’d like for the push frame. ProMount Push Frames are compatible with all the blades.
CONNECTS WITH A CLICK
Attachable in four easy steps, the Can-Am ProMount plow system is the fastest, easiest way to start plowing and get the job done—minimal effort for maximum result.
1. Drive straight toward the plow.
2. Attach the winch cable to the plow using a guiding hook/roller.
3. Lift the plow until it clips onto the mounting plate.
4. Remove the winch cable from the guide. You're ready to plow.

SPROCKET TENSIONER
The Backcountry and Backcountry LT use an external drive sprocket for slip-free power transfer. Developed exclusively for Can-Am vehicles, it uses a 3’’ pitch for optimized performance in deep snow. wow, that's interesting. I'm really surprised that this issue has gone unnoticed and unfixed by Can-am. I don't drive less then 10mph that often, but when I do it would be nice to have a smooth ride.
Thanks for digging into this issue and keeping us updated Mark!
