  1. I am looking for the Wide fender flares for the front and the sport flares for the rear. Which outlet is everyone to get these? I was looking at Partzilla and they told me that the flares are sold as sets (front and rear). I was reading someone's post where they bought the mixed set like what I am wanting. Any help and/or part numbers would be great, thanks in advance for your time.

I don't personally have experience with this Defender trailer kit, but I do know WD Electronics makes nice turn signal kits.

I ordered the trailer adapter from WD Electronics, I 'll post on here how it worked out. I pull a small trailer a lot during fishing season around here on the dirt roads so kinda wanted to have my trailer lights working.

  3. Totally understand what your saying, I have yet to buy a part because it was cheaper. I have a saying around my house "BUY ONCE - CRY ONCE". If it is a quality product I have no problem making the right choice if it is something I need/want. Marquad relocation kit is a quality product no doubt. I am still waiting to hear back from my dealership as to it hurting my warranty by installing it or not. Thanks for the reply, and have a great weekend.

  4. Viking76, I hear ya on the money part. My dealer still has not gotten back with me on if that would void my warranty or not. That was the first kit I came across that looked like a quality kit, there are probably some cheaper ones out there, but again sometimes cheaper cost ya more in the long run. What is alibaba?

  5. Mount the light bar, then raise the center section of your hood, there will be a group of wires under there that have the female end of a bullet connector on all of them. You will need tie into those because they go through the firewall and the other ends of those wires are behind your panel where the ignition switch, and other rocker switches are. Remember which colors you tie into. There is a bus bar with two studs behind the panel you have already popped out, left side is ground, right side is hot with the key. Follow the directions that come with the light, you will have one hot for the light bar, one hot will be for the driving light that will come on when the switch is on, other one is the ground. If you get your rocker switch off Amazon follow the direction that comes with it. Pretty simple plug and play, hide your harness the best you can. There are two holes beside each other under the hood, I used those holes to mount the relay's. I will comment of the back light later today. Good luck, don't let it intimidate ya.

    sharp looking rig

Thank you, I have added the double row 12" rough country blacked out creed light bar with driving light on the front, and the 30" single row rough country light bar underneath the bed at the back. Check them out on the rough country web site, comes with the brackets you need for the defender and everything. Wiring was simple since Can Am run several accessory wires for us.

LOOKS REALLY SHARP .... Im just wondering does yours have a whistling/whinning at 45 mph and above

I haven't noticed any. I added the extra rubber molding around all the door opening on the buggy to prevent rain and dust from having a way to get in. Maybe an area that needs to be sealed up is where what your hearing is coming from.

  8. So, I was looking where they hid the oil filter on these buggies. Crazy that they couldn't have put it in a more convenient location. I run across this as it was on my mind. I still need to call my dealer and make sure it wouldn't void my warranty. Has anyone used one of these kits, or know of any other options. See link below for info on the kit.    https://marqcadeng.com/shop-mce-offroad/ols/products/can-am-sxs-remote-oil-filter-kit/v/CAN-AM-SXS-RMT-DFN-201

    steve

Well Can Am doesnt make anything (yet) to fit in there so prolly gonna make something and drill some holes and use the little black plastic push anchors on it. Thanks for the info.
