Thanks for the information. I like the high position arm rest.  Now I just fold my sweatshirt and put it under it for additional height.  Either way, it's a hell of a lot better than CanAms version of an armrest. 

The factory arm rest configuration was of little use being hard and not much more than a bump for your elbow. So I took the two pins out and flip it. Simple. Now it's awesome with a large soft surface area for passenger and driver. Best part... I can put it back in 1 minute in the rare event I pick up a sketchy hitch hiker on a dark secluded trail.

Well... with my next glass windshield I will not be on a trail with the window cracked open as it's meant to be for air flow.  They are not quite as robust as one would of hoped. 

Local dealer isn't much help... I have the factory Flip Glass Windshield with wiper that I cracked. Can I use the NON-FLIP Can-am Glass windshield (715001303) and move all my parts to it? It looks identical from the one photo in the CanAm catalog. The dealer wasn't sure because they didn't have one in stock to look at.

I have a six month old Defender with the same buzzing issue. If I touch the steering wheel just right, the sound goes away. I have not talked to a CanAm rep yet but I'm assuming they'll tell me the same old "that's normal" until it finally fails and it's out of warranty. I have two CanAm ATV's with power steering and NO buzzing noise. I hope someone on here has a clear answer. Sorry for not being much help.
