2021 max hd 10 1150 miles on it. We are loving the machine. We use it every day on the farm. Amazing how much better these vehicles are vs atvs.

So I had my dealer install a shim kit into the front diff. I now have almost 1200 miles on my machine. So far so good. No weird noises or grinding. The dealer told me that brp has known about the issue 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

They sound terrible when going down a hill .

my hd 10 max only has 511 miles on it so I wouldn’t think the pads would be worn out. If the dealer will put new pads on from brp, will this be a permanent fix? Just wondering because I’m really considering asking them about it, just didn’t want this to be an issue again in a few hundred more miles.

I started noticing a clunk or a clicking sound from the rear end area while driving? Could this be an axle or something? I usually hear it when driving under 15mph Unit has less than 500 miles.  Anyone else had any similar issues?

Mine went away after I cycled the key switch on and off a few times. 
This has happened about 4 times since new. Hopefully this helps 

I asked the dealer about this. They told me that there is a shim pack from brp. It is covered under the factory warranty. These shims go inside the front diff. It really hasn’t got any worse yet, so I’m not sure what to do? Will this be only a band aid? Maybe I will see if it gets louder. I’ll let y’all know

Hello, I have a 21 max with under 500 miles. I was wondering if any of y’all have the annoying grinding sound as well? Mine only does this while turning at full lock left and right. Will this get better as the machine get used more? Could the front diff gears be bad? 
 
Dealer said it was normal???

I have a 2021 defender max hd10 with 250 miles on on it. Same issue as everyone is saying that annoying rattling while slowing down. I also have that growling noise while turning the wheel left all the way. 
Other than that we love the machine.

How much ground clearance will 30’s add from the stock 27’s?

I’ve already put about 80 miles on it. Last night while driving it the engine light came on and went into limp home mode. I turned the key off and on three times. Then the limp mode went off followed by the engine light. 
 

overall we love the machine. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Or maybe it’s nothing just kinda has me concerned?
