I hear that is very common issue. Was hoping it would have been resolved on the newer machines but I guess not. Probably will take them another six months to get it fixed. Did you get an extended warranty?

Well after many phone calls and dates being changed, I think it’s safe to say we will be picking up our machine Friday morning!

I agree. Customer service died after the plandemic. They know they have it sold and if you don’t buy it they will just move to the next twenty people in line. Sad.

So pretty close to what we paid. $33 I think but with stereo, Light bar, backup camera and a couple other things

Buggy is at the dealership but we can’t pick it up for yet again another week. Apparently they don’t assemble it until the financing goes through, which I think is ludicrous. They could sell this machine so fast if someone backed out, people are driving hundreds of miles to get them. I think they are just blowing smoke. I’ve heard of people buying new machines and the dealers let people demo them before they were picked up. Hope that isn’t what they are trying to pull.

I purchased a Defender Max Limited back in February. It was supposed to be here at the end of March. Finally received a ship date of May 10th. Now we are in June, still no machine. Apparently it arrived last week and they need two weeks to assemble it but they won’t assemble it until your financing goes through. They didn’t tell me that in the beginning or I would have had it all done already. If you can’t tell I’m irritated. Did they offer you an extended warranty?

What machine did you get?

I’ve read up on a couple warranty topic on here but they are a little dated. We have been waiting for ours to come in for a long time. Estimated delivery date of May 10th but that didn’t happen. Last week we got the call it was in and ready to go they were just waiting on the light bar wiring harness. I told them don’t worry about it they can hook it up at it’s first service. Took care of all the financing paperwork…….wait for it……. We were going to go pick it up today…..service calls, it’s not ready. Won’t be ready until next Wednesday. They don’t put it together until the financing goes through. I would have taken care of that five months ago when we ordered it if I knew that! They can’t put these things together fast enough anyways!!!!!!!! So disappointing. Anyway I will quit crying now. So sales guy says do you want an extended warranty. Should be around $1400 for six years. Hmmmmmm sure that’s not terrible 7 years for that price. Oh no sir it’s only 6, that includes one year factory. Hmmm ok. Let me run the exact numbers he says. Tells me it’s actually $1900, but if I purchase the prepaid maintenance plan it will knock it down some. Okay how much? $1400 more……seriously?!?! I don’t even know what that is because he couldn’t even explain it. No thanks bud. Okay want a lifetime battery warranty? Sure. It’s only $199 and is good for ten years and will take an additional $200 off the original warranty. So confused. So if you made it this far…..what did you pay for your warranty? 2021 Can Am defender HD10 Limited max. $2000 for 5 year (rider advantage) plus battery replacement.

I ordered mine back in March from a dealership. It was the last one they had coming in until October. It was set to ship May 10th and hasn’t yet. Still waiting. Are they offering to order you one or are you trying to avoid that? I called everywhere trying to find one in stock and no one had one.

They contacted us back on the 15th and said they still have not received a VIN from Can am so it hasn’t shipped yet. Spoke to them again on the 20th and same answer. Impatiently waiting 🥲

Well we received a ship date of May 10th and not to my surprise we were told back on the 15th that they did not even receive a VIN yet so it probably didn’t ship. Still waiting. Anyone else have a long wait period?

Well as of right now my wheels are probably floating around in Canada and are set to ship off with the machine some time in May. Yes they will be stock. I haven’t decided if I am going to swap them. I have a set of 30x10x14 Tusk Terabites that are on my Ranger now on aftermarket wheels, they are brand new. Maybe I will swap them over.
