  1. I put 30's on the factory rims all around this summer on my 2022 HD 10 limited with no problems at all and no lift kit. I researched and learned that if the from A arms are arched or the same as the 2023 model you will have no problem. I would try them first.
  2. No issues what so ever with the use of this size tire all around on my defender. No rubbing at all no lift. Just an update all.
  3. Thanks all appreciate it. I will update after I install them for all to learn from.
  4. I have a 2022 Defender HD 10 limited with 27 inch stock tires. I got a great deal on 30-10-14 tires and want to upgrade and place them on my stock rims. I don't want to install a lift and am wondering if anyone has had any issues. I realize the the size different in height from front to rear is minimal on stock rims. I also believe the front stock rims are 7 inches wide and the rear are 8 inches wide so tire mounting wont be an issue. I just don't want any rubbing in front. I see others on the forum have done so with success. I am just curious if the 2022 model will take those sizes. I see the 2023 comes standard with 30's and hope it wont be an issue. Has anyone done this. Thanks all
  5. Should have stated these tracks are the LT360 ones can am manufactures.
  6. This is my second HD 10 Defender. My first was a 2019 and my second a 2022 Defender Limited both have had tracks and were used extensively. I have had no problems and they allow this unit to go anywhere and pull like crazy. I have logged probably 6000 km with tracks and use them only in snow. I highly recommend them and have tested them daily on my trap line. As for the Max application I don't see an issue.
  7. The numbers on the seal are 60, 90, and 8. These are the seal dimensions. Hope this helps.
  8. There was no seal number on the seal. The seal did possess the measurements of it upon it I brought it into my local bearing supply and they provided new seals and quality bearings (same number as Arctic HD8 stated). I replaced without issue. I was glad I did as one side was due to fail.
  9. My brand new 2022 Defender Limited does the same thing 110 km. Drivers door the worst. Not impressed hope they come up with a fix. Will be calling my dealer. Works fine in garage but in minus 15 have to help pull up.
  10. Thanks my friend was just looking for the seal number. I will disassemble and note it!
  11. I have to change my bearings on inspection. Any Idea what the seal number is? I see you have the bearing numbers and was hoping to get the seals to prior to disassembly. I cant read them with the hub in place. Thanks again for the great write up!
  12. I would check the switch mine has failed twice and have new one on the way again this week. The switches on these units are poorly made.
  13. I ordered the Defender Limited HD10 2 door model and will be receiving it in July. As far as I know it will be a 2022. I am parting with my current 2019 one that has 9000 km and will be selling it on line when I confirm the new one has arrived. I've had limited issues with it just time for an upgrade. Hope new one comes in as scheduled. I too have been a long time Bombi fan and will not be buying an extended warranty as its coverage is limited. I just wish that they would wave that $500.00 surcharge or just lie to me and hide it in the overall price. I don't get it and don't like it at all.
  14. Good for you our family really enjoys these units for work and play year round they are awesome. I am getting a new Defender Limited in July or August. One thing I was concerned with was the new one only comes with a 6 month warranty now and a $500.00 surcharge due to the environment we are In I was told. Can Am is not making any friends with their loyal customers. I also run their snowmobiles as well. Considering the price tag on these units I'm not to impressed. What are they thinking.
  15. Great stuff I tried to check mine by jacking the unit off the ground and moving the tracks up and down and left to right. I didn't find any play but if one has to take it apart to really be sure I will do it in the spring. So far so good. Good write up for anyone with these tracks. Thank you.
  16. How many miles/km did you have on your tracks when this happened I probably have about 3000 km on mine and don't want to have issues in the middle of nowhere. I was planning on checking them for play this weekend at my remote camp where the bike is just to be sure. Glad you were able to get a better bearing.
  17. Make sure they address this as it is a common issue. Don't accept a quick fix, document it and ensure they will cover it if they don't replace the front differential as they did in my case. These units are not cheap and service should be the dealers main goal to purchasers.
  18. Dealer put a complete new front differential in my 2019 defender HD 10 XT cab. It was getting progressively noisy when turning but more so in 4x4. My advise is to bring to dealer right away, or make them aware asap. Mine was just about to go off of warranty. This is a very common issue and I'm glad this forum put me onto it. I have 9000 km on mine and use tracks on it while on my trap line up north in Ontario.
  19. I had same issue. The factory had routed the gas tank air vent hoses (I think there are 2) into the cab area accidentally. It took 2 dealers to figure that one out as the first said there was no problem.
  20. I put 2500km on the 360 LT tracks that were on my defender hd10 xt cab last winter. It's amazing where they go in slush 3 or more feet of snow. Never had an issue and recommend them highly.
