  1. Thanks for the tip! I did notice one of the rollers was already seeing some deformation.
  2. Sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to wait until I got everything installed before I posted. I went with the KFI Open Trail 72 steel blade in my original post. So far I think it will be a very solid set-up. I have done a little back dragging gravel in the driveway and it's a tough blade. The blade alone weighs 110# and the mounting was super easy. All hardware included for $655.98 is a great buy in my opinion. Now I just need some snow to really try it out. I'm going to try to post a pic and a video I have on my phone. I'll try to get more detailed pics later. ips-50A749EA-A797-4524-9DAC-AAFA6534617E.MP4
  3. Looks good! Do you have any pictures of the mount setup?
  4. I’m in Missouri so we could get a dusting or a foot or more. What will probably happen is I’ll buy a plow and we won’t have snow for the next 3-4 winters. Although that wouldn’t be terrible.
  5. I just searched for that. That is a serious blade! Thanks for you feedback on the Alpine.
  6. Hi Guys, I'm looking to buy a snowplow for my HD8 before winter and I just wanted to poll the group to see if y'll knew of any that were better than the rest or any brands to stay away from? I'm currently looking at a steel 72" KFI model from Side by Side stuff .com. https://www.sidebysidestuff.com/open-trail-by-kfi-straight-steel-blade-snow-plow-can-am-defender.html I've had a couple recommend the Can Am Alpine flex but honestly I feel that a steel plow would be a better option. What are your experiences? Thanks,
  7. WOW! One of the most helpful, "to the point", friendliest and well written responses I have read! Kudos to you Andystoy19!
  8. Does anybody else have the OEM roof and flip-out glass windshield? Are there any mounting options other than the Battle Armor that will allow the window to be open? I don't really want the light bar that high on top of the roof.
