  1. I use NAPA Orange coolant but there are several other brands that have the orange.
  2. I recently purchased a set of 30" XPS trac force take offs and put them on my 2021 HD 10 max limited. What air pressure are you running or what would be a good starting point? Mostly used offroad on flat terrain, fields, pasture. Never abused or rough terrain. I do use it occasionally for street use on our city. I know there will be differences of opinion. Just looking for a starting point. Thanks in advance.
  3. I own a 2021 Defender 10 Limited. It has the 27" factory Maxxis tires. The 2023 comes with the 30" tires. All are on the 14" rims which I like the looks of them. According to the video posted the 2023 have the forward offset A arms. My question is, if at some point I change tires do you think one could put the 30" tires on without changing any factory A-arms? Just looking at the space between the front tire and the wheel well it looks like there would be room. I do understand if you have the fronts crammed one way or the other and the shorter travel distance could cause a rub. Would be nice to have a set to try. Has anyone put larger tires on their pre 2023 machine or what are your thoughts on running the 30"s? Thanks in advance.
  4. Those window switches are garbage to begin with. This is a known issue even without water infiltrating the switches.
  5. I have a 2021 Defender 10 limited that developed a cooling leak within the first year. They replaced the heater core and some type of valve or manifold (may be similar) in March of 2022. In December of 2022 I developed another coolant leak. Appears to be coming from the same area (heater core) and running down passenger floor board. It will be interesting to see how the dealership handles this. I am really getting frustrated with this issue. I am about ready to sell it and go a different brand. I know they all have issues but this problem is getting old real fast.
  6. Thanks for the reply. I ordered a pair through a dealer in Mississippi who I previously emailed to see if they were in stock which they were. I should receive them in the next few days. The description said they would fit with or without doors on the Defender 10 max. Hopefully this is correct.
  7. I'm looking to put OEM side mirrors on Defender 10 LTD. The #715002459 are available but I like the looks of the #715008100 which show "coming soon" on BRP website. I did find a couple places that show they have these in stock but I'm wondering why they would have them and not BRP. Does anyone have the#715008100 mirrors on their machine?https://can-am-shop.brp.com/media/catalog/product/7/1/715008100_side_mirrors.jpg.jpg?width=780&height=780&store=canam_off_us&image-type=image

Did you get your new machine?

I did not get the extended but I intend on talking to the dealer once my AC issue is resolved for an extension of the warranty at least for the AC. So far it's been close to three months I've been dealing with this issue and not able to use the AC so basically that's three months I've lost out on it. We'll see.
  10. I love just about everything with the cab but that. I take my dog with me a lot and would like to have roll down windows for more air. He'd like to be able to stick his head out. Rear power windows would be great but I'd take manual for the rears if nothing else.

I also own a 2021 HD10 Limited. Mine also was pushed out several weeks more than the first delivery date. I would suggest you go over your machine thoroughly before you leave with it. Make sure the AC is operating properly. Let it run for a few minutes to see how cool it gets. If you have access to a test thermometer that you can stick in a vent would work best. Hopefully you won't get a warning light after a few minutes on the AC screen. I'm currently going through AC issues which appear to related to a leak in the system straight out of the factory. Otherwise, I like the machine so far.

Good luck to you on your new machine.
  13. Put freon in and the AC worked for about one day. It cooled great when we took it for a drive for about an hour. Then today just blower air then the warning triangle after about two minutes. Obviously there is a leak somewhere. I hope it's not so small it is hard to locate. Calling the dealer tomorrow.
  14. I just saw the sticker under the hood for R134 so I know the answer to my previous post. I just had an AC guy check my system. It was flat out empty, no freon. Does anyone know how many pounds or ounces the system takes? Mine is a crew cab whether that makes a difference or not. Thanks in advance.
